Star Magazine started the rumor in a published interview with Brittney Jones in September earlier this year. She claimed to have met Ashton Kutcher at the bowling center Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood, where he was spending time with his wife Demi Moore and step-daughter Rumer Willis. The “Punk’d” creator allegedly flirted with her and Jones slipped him her phone number on a napkin.
According to Brittney Jones they were texting for weeks, and engaged on the couch in the home of Kutcher and Demi Moore while his wife was out of town. Moore did not respond to the rumors about her husbands alleged affair and mistress, instead she kept posting happy couple pictures on twitter.
“I felt totally comfortable in his arms,” Jones told Star Magazine. “It was tender and nice — not some random sex act.”
Ashton Kutcher contacted his lawyer Martin Singer, who released a statement saying:
“Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct.”

Kutcher defended himself on twitter, writing, “I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.” STAR magazine responded: – “You don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”
Ashton Kutcher is furious about the video and it’s planned release. The official legal letter was released by TMZ. He believes Vivid Entertainment is just trying to make money from his name in their marketing of the 21 year old Brittney Jones sex tape. He sent the company a legal letter. While Kutcher isn’t in the video, Vivid is luring in fans by associating the Punk’d stars name with Jones’ new video.
